HOW TO INSTALL

Install Zarchiver and locate the downloaded file.

Extract the downloaded file with zarchiver using the Extract to ./<archive name>/ option, after extraction you will find some files inside the extracted folder which the extracted folder name is (GTA SA Obb+Cleo & Mod Apk).

Install the APK

Open the the OBB folder and and move the com.rockstargames.gtasa folder to android>obb, means finally paste it in the obb folder after android folder.

Now open back the extracted folder and move the cleo to the main storage device home and paste it there.

Now open your phone settings and locate your app management Choose GTA SA from there and select on permission, and allow the files and media(storage) option inside the permission area.

After allowing permissions you are ready to play the game that's all.

Cheats is already installed but make sure you visit YouTube and search on how to use or locate the cleo cheats inside the game, it's not gonna be anything disturbing again.
